Taxes and expenses: In addition to the price assigned to each dwelling and any additional elements, in accordance with current legislation, the buyer shall pay Value Added Tax at the rate applicable at any given time, as well as Transfer Tax and Stamp Duty, under the Stamp Duty modality, at the rate in force at the time of execution of the public deed of sale. The buyer shall also pay the corresponding notarial and land registry fees. The Tax on the Increase in Value of Urban Land, should it accrue, shall be paid by the developer.
