We’re pleased to share the latest updates on two of our ongoing developments in the city of Wrocław (Poland), where we continue to strengthen our presence through high-quality residential projects with strong urban potential.
Centrum Południowe – Phase IV
In the heart of the emerging Nowe Centrum Południowe district, we are currently building 221 homes and 1,660 m² of commercial space as part of the fourth phase of this ambitious project.
This new phase adds to the 751 homes already delivered and sold in previous stages, in an area that has seen more than 70,000 m² of office space completed, with an additional 40,000 m² still to come.
The works are progressing steadily and have now reached 40% completion, with delivery scheduled for the last quarter of 2026.
Nowe Żerniki – Phase II
Also in Wrocław, in the innovative neighbourhood of Nowe Żerniki – Bieńkowskiego, we are developing the second phase of a project that continues to attract strong interest.
Following the successful completion and 100% sale of homes in Phase I, this new phase includes 181 homes and 3 commercial units of various sizes.
Construction is now at 37% completion, and final delivery is expected by the end of Q2 2026.
