In early July 2025, we handed over the last available home of the first phase of our Nowe Źerniki development in the city of Wrocław, Poland.
We are pleased to know that people are already living in and enjoying this first phase, and that customer feedback has been very positive.
Meanwhile, construction of the 181 homes in Phase II is progressing steadily and at a good pace, having already reached 48% completion.
The project is backed by financing guarantees through a loan granted by mBank S.A., one of the leading financial institutions operating in Poland, which reflects the confidence in Grupo Rosmarino and its financial strength in the country.
