Last May, construction was completed on the second phase of Nowe Żerniki, our residential development located in Wrocław, Poland.
We are delighted with the result and would like to share a gallery showcasing the completed development.
This second and final phase of Nowe Żerniki comprises 181 homes, most of which have already been sold and, at the time of publication, are undergoing the deed-signing and handover process.
Alongside this project, we have also recently completed construction of the fourth phase of Centrum Południowe, located in the same city and scheduled for handover soon.
Although these projects are drawing to a close, Grupo Rosmarino remains active in Poland, and we will soon be sharing news about upcoming developments.
